* Every customer is recommended to maintain a minimum SMS/MMS credit amount. This is to enable their ezykodes and other mobile features to function un-interrupted.
* * Upon sign-up, customers will receive RM2 worth of free SMS/MMS credit. This free credit is to enable them to test ezypzy's ezykodes and other mobile features.
* * * 1 SMS = RM 0.15, 1 MMS = RM 0.30, SMS alerts from ezypzy = RM 0.15

How does the sign-up work?

Everyone signs up for the Free plan first. If you like ezypzy and wish to upgrade, then just upgrade to the plan that best suits you. If ezypzy's not what you hoped it would be or if you are fine with the Free plan, no worries, just leave it alone and we won't bug you - except maybe try and find out why you didn't like about ezypzy so that we can improve her.

Your account and data will forever be there until you come to senses and use ezypzy again.

Is this a long-term commitment?

ezypzy is a pay-as-you-go service. There are no long term contracts of commitments on your part. If you cancel your account, you'll be billed for the current month, but you won't be billed again.

Can I change plans at any time?

Yes you can - and it's really easy. Simply click on the "Account" tab on your dashboard and you'll see your options. Plus, we'll never surprise you with any "set-up" or extra one time "downgrade" or upgrade fee.

What types of payment do you accept? Will you take a P.O.? Can you invoice us?

Currently we accept:

Credit Cards - Visa and Mastercard.
Internet Banking - Maybank2u, PBeBank, Alliance Online, CIMB Click, Hong Leong Online, RHB Online and CIMB Online.
E-Wallet - Pospay and Mobile Money.

At this time we only accept payments online so we will not be able to accept a P.O., invoice you, or take an order over the phone, or through the drive-through window, unless you are somehow related to us by blood.
